Juno Awards compilation album to be released

On Tuesday, February 27, 2007 EMI MUSIC CANADA will release the JUNO
Awards 2007 compilation album. The project is an innovative joint
venture shared between Canada's four major labels (EMI Music Canada,
Sony BMG Music Canada Inc., Universal Music Canada and Warner Music
Canada) along with the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences
(CARAS).

The JUNO Awards 2007 compilation album is a non-profit package with all
proceeds going to MusiCan, CARAS' music education program. Through
initiatives such as Band Aid, MusiCan provides schools with musical
instruments that help foster music programs and inspire young Canadians
across the country. Since its inception in 2003, each JUNO Awards CD
has achieved GOLD status in Canada selling more than 50,000 copies each.

"The JUNO Awards 2007 compilation album celebrates the past 12 months in
Canadian music and reflects the depth and diversity of Canada's rich
musical talent," said Deane Cameron, President, EMI Music Canada. "2006
was another year in Canadian music that will not soon be forgotten and
that is even more evident when one looks at the exciting array of talent
